I'm getting to the point that I...Moms amaze me. I'm getting to the point that I seriously need to start considering whether to have children of my own. (But that's a whole other story.) Moms are so selfless and give so much even while being beaten down a lot, although many claim it's worth it.

I especially think of MY mom. My oldest sister is mentally disabled and lives at home with my parents (always will), and not only does my mom have to care for her in a way (my sister is somewhat self-sufficient), she also has to care for my ailing, diabetic father who's almost blind and has to go to dialysis. All while still having a part time job in her profession -- physical therapy -- to help offset living and medical expenses from their savings. Oh, and did I mention she's almost 71! And besides my sister, there are four of us other kids that all have been raised well, and all of us have college degrees. SHE is amazing!

-- Gabby
nonchalantgirl.blogspot.comGabbyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02457045028498853970noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6036887299885833709.post-75985452948161356352010-09-30T06:44:49.040-04:002010-09-30T06:44:49.040-04:00Clutter/Chaos in my home:Under sinks, Daughter'...Clutter/Chaos in my home:
Under sinks, Daughter's room, At the door as kids are going out to the bus in the morning!

I AM going to declutter/organize under my kitchen/bathroom sinks over the weekend...it's on my to-do list!Amy Khttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11993983723299276549noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6036887299885833709.post-66424140483647698812010-09-30T00:24:45.612-04:002010-09-30T00:24:45.612-04:00thanks for another great page!thanks for another great page!catehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01730263438169717009noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6036887299885833709.post-53399875968523488502010-09-29T23:28:45.030-04:002010-09-29T23:28:45.030-04:00People who amaze me:My parentsTeachers (I'm gr...People who amaze me:
My parents
Teachers (I'm grouping them as a whole :) )Nancyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00957034698098231293noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6036887299885833709.post-46505109403856508572010-09-29T22:00:39.616-04:002010-09-29T22:00:39.616-04:00Lightning round: table/letters/falling leaves and ...Lightning round: table/letters/falling leaves and emerging buds/gas/piano/hug/avoidance(see how many I skipped;) and finally croissant (instead of puff or phyllo pastry).

My children constantly amaze me.

Gesundheit.Domestic Scribbleshttp://www.domesticscribbles.comnoreply@blogger.com
