A few peeks at this week's page . . .
Don't bring me anything but trouble. I am in love with this quote.
One last peek. This week's to-do list with a nod to that pesky ticking clock . . .
The downloads for today's page are here (border-free) and here (borderful and colour-free) and here (borderful and colourful).
Just a wee update too . . .
I've encountered a few health issues over the past several months that will probably end up being quite manageable, but which are affecting my energy levels these days. I've been stressing about posting on some sort of regular schedule, but I just can't do it right now. So all of this is simply to say that I probably won't be posting all that often for the next while, but that in no way means that I am giving up on our journal pages. I'll still be posting them as often as I can.
Happy weekend, friends!
I just wanted to give my thanks for the journal pages. I've really enjoyed filling some of them out. Take care of yourself and your loyal followers will be here when you have a chance to drop in.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for all that you do and share with us. Prayers that you get to feeling better soon.
ReplyDeleteWarm hugs,
♥Anita

Get well soon! Concentrate on that and I'll enjoy seeing your posts when you're able.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the new journal page! I'm sorry you're having to deal with health problems. I've learned recently that the cause of so many issues with health is that our healthcare systems treat the symptoms and not the cause. Most often, the cause is nutrition (and so much of what's out there that claims to be good, isn't). I'm trying to be better about making sure only good, natural foods are going in, and avoiding processed and refined items.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I hope you feel better and that you're educating yourself to be the healthiest you can be! *hugs*
gosh! do take care of yourself! we will be here; whenever you can "treat" us to your adorable, colorful, inspirational journal sheets!
ReplyDeletesending {{hugs}} and healing energy for a future of better health & increased stamina.
Thanks so much for everything, and my best wishes to you! Spend all the time you need to take care of yourself, and I hope that you feel better.
ReplyDeleteThank you for another lovely journal page.
ReplyDeleteOn your next one, you might put really big at the top: Take Care of Me.
I have lupus and know what it's like to juggle health issues with fun stuff and work alike. Take care of yourself, first. The rest will all fall into place the way it needs to do, and we'll still be here, enjoying what you've already so generously given, when you're able to come back. Huge hugs.
Christie, I'm very sorry to hear of your recent struggles. Take good care of yourself. Us readers will be here when you're well, and supporting you during your hiatus.
ReplyDeleteThanks for another great page.
Dear Christie,
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you are going to take some time for yourself! I can't speak for anyone else but for me, it doesn't matter one bit if there's a specific posting schedule for your pages! I love them whenever they happen. If you take ages off I may miss the pages *but* I will be happy knowing you are doing what is right for you! I would never want you to do anything else :)
I totally agree with what Lisa said above - your loyal followers will still be here.
And Chris' idea is awesome! it would be very neat to see a self-care themed page some day (♥but only if/when it feels right for you♥).
Thinking of you and hoping for less stress and more energy to come your way
~♥~
Thanks - it's great, as usual! And get better soon! (:
ReplyDeleteI too hope that your health issues are ones that don't cause you too much pain or stress and get better (or seem better) soon. Haven't been by since the pet balloon post, so I enjoyed reading the last few to catch up and as usual had a mini epiphany in terms of what you wrote last time about "the swirl of time, circumstances, and choice." Take care, and thanks for the page. Oh, and your paintings look great. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat journal page as usual. I love them. I hope you will feel better soon. You will be missed!
ReplyDeleteAnother beautiful page and what a great reminder that time is fleeting and not miss any of life's moments. Thank you. Please know that I would rather you get well than post, and I will be here whenever you return. Take care of yourself first.
ReplyDeleteI love your journal pages and the idea behind them. Thank you for sharing your lovely ideas! Take out time for yourself, this is an imortant lesson to learn. Get well soon.
ReplyDeleteGreetings from Germany!
Doris

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the journal pages. I hope you're better soon!
ReplyDeleteInstruction manual vs wing it? I should pause more to read the manual. ;-)
ReplyDeleteBe well dear friend!
I've found your blog via Tip Junkie and am so pleased I did! Your journal pages are amazing, as is the fact your kind enough to share them with us, thank you for your kindness and I do so hope your feeling better soon.
ReplyDeleteI love your journal pages. Thank you for giving such an incredible gift. I sometimes share them with my students. Students who couldn't write a complete sentence if given a blank sheet of paper are inspired to write on your beautiful creations. Thanks----and feel better!
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear you are having health issues! Hope you are feeling better soon!
ReplyDeleteI love all of your journal pages, but take care of yourself first. I hope good health finds you soon.
